Note: We will not be charging VAT on any fees to Landlords until the year 2028. This gives you a significant price discount for this period.
To Manage Property
New Tenancy Arrangement Fee: ½ month's rent (minimum amount £500)
Management Fee: 10% of monthly rental payment
Gas Safety on behalf of the landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee plus £10 per gas appliance
Boiler Service if requested or required: Contractor’s fee
EPC (Energy Performance Certificate): Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee
Inventory with photos recorded and available to view: No Fee
Deposit held in custodial 'MyDeposit' Scheme: No Fee
EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): Price varies on size of property from £130 (not including any remedial work which may be required), plus £10 arrangement fee
To Find A Tenant Only And Landlord To Manage Property
Tenancy Arrangement Fee: 1 month's rent - Negotiable
Gas Safety on behalf of the landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee plus £10 per gas appliance
Boiler Service if requested or required: Contractor’s fee
EPC on behalf of the Landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee
Inventory included in Tenancy Arrangement Fee with photos recorded and available to view.
Landlord will require to confirm with certificated proof the insurance of the Security Deposit within 14 Days.
