LANDLORD FEES

Note: We will not be charging VAT on any fees to Landlords until the year 2028. This gives you a significant price discount for this period.

To Manage Property

  • New Tenancy Arrangement Fee:  ½  month's rent (minimum amount £500)

  • Management Fee: 10% of monthly rental payment

  • Gas Safety on behalf of the landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee plus £10 per gas appliance

  • Boiler Service if requested or required: Contractor’s fee

  • EPC (Energy Performance Certificate): Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee

  • Inventory with photos recorded and available to view: No Fee

  • Deposit held in custodial 'MyDeposit' Scheme: No Fee

  • EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): Price varies on size of property from £130 (not including any remedial work which may be required), plus £10 arrangement fee

To Find A Tenant Only And Landlord To Manage Property

  • Tenancy Arrangement Fee: 1 month's rent - Negotiable

  • Gas Safety on behalf of the landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee plus £10 per gas appliance  

    Boiler Service if requested or required: Contractor’s fee

  • EPC on behalf of the Landlord: Contractor’s fee plus £10 arrangement fee

  • Inventory included in Tenancy Arrangement Fee with photos recorded and available to view.

  • Landlord will require to confirm with certificated proof the insurance of the Security Deposit within 14 Days.

  • EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): Price varies on size of property from £130 (not including any remedial work which may be required), plus £10 arrangement fee
